Project Description
The client was interested in maximising the potential of the existing, vacant car park behind a commercial mixed use development.
The design was based on the module of combining a single parking space with the entrance & bin store on the ground floor.
Living accommodation was on the first & second floors.
The modular design helped to maximise the limited space & maintain the access required by surrounding buildings.
Large windows on both upper floors featured on the front elevation helping to provide each unit lots of natural light, whilst also responding to the industrial aesthetic of the area.
