The site was within the ‘Settlement Boundary’ as defined within the Planning Framework, so housing was encouraged by the Local Authority.

Enviromental Analysis helped form the main criteria for positioning the various development options on the proposed site.

Sale Green House Type A

A mix of smaller starter homes & large five bedroom family homes were designed to maximise space & provide modern comfortable living.

Sale Green House Type B

Several options were produced to enable suitable contractors to provide indicative costings to complete the viability study of this proposed new housing development.
